Graham Poll In The Middle For Boro Clash

The Tring based official refereed just the one Blues game last season that being the 0-0 draw with Arsenal at Highbury on 1st May. Robbie Savage and Damien Johnson were booked on that occasion.

Mr Poll's last game in charge of a Middlesbrough fixture was in their 2-1 defeat to Newcastle at St James Park back on 2nd February. Joseph-Desire Job, Guidoni Junior Doriva and Danny Mills all being shown yellow during that game.

So far this season Graham Poll has taken charge of three Premiership games and handed out one red and six yellow cards - Man City defender Richard Dunn being the recipient of the red card in their 2-1 defeat at Liverpool on 21st August.

Mr. R Martin and Mr. M Short will be Mr Polls assistants at The Riverside Stadium.
