The 23-year-old defender had been on an originally agreed season long loan deal at St Andrews but the two clubs have agreed that he should return to White Hart Lane.
Hall made nine appearances for Blues during his spell at St Andrews but has not made a first team start since the 8-0 home drubbing to Bournemouth.
