Although he will probably feel that he should have scored more goals himself this season, Horsfield has contributed to many of the Blues goals scored by his team-mates.
The Blues number nine got 26.5% of the votes finishing just ahead of last season's choice Darren Purse with Tommy Mooney in third spot.
