Right back Nicky Eaden was loaned to Wigan Athletic just this week while striker Tommy Mooney went to Stoke City for three months at the end of last week.
Hyde, who had a loan spell at Chesterfield towards the end of last season, goes straight into the Peterborough squad for their game against Wigan on Saturday so he could face team-mate Eaden in that game.
