Injury Boost For Blues

Matty Upson, Mikael Forssell and Damien Johnson all finished the game at Middlesbrough last week with knocks but have all shrugged off their injuries ahead of the game against the struggling Yorkshire side.

Defender Olivier Tebily, who was forced to sit out the 5-3 defeat at The Riverside because of a back problem, is also fit again and will return to manager Steve Bruce's 16 man squad for the live telivision clash.

Darren Purse(ankle) and Jamie Clapham (shingles) however will not have recovered in time for the game.

Blues will also be without David Dunn, who is still about four weeks away from a return, with a hamstring injury and Robbie Savage who serves the second game of his two match ban for collecting ten cards this season.

Probable Blues Squad: Maik Taylor, Tebily, Grainger, Martin Taylor, Upson, Cunningham, Johnson, Clemence, Cisse, Carter, Hughes, Lazaridis, Forssell, Morrison, Bennett, John.
