The Blues midfielder pulled a hamstring just two minutes into his first start for the Brewers in their game against Southend on Wednesday night and has returned now returned to St Andrews for treatment.
Reilly went out on loan to Burton on 11th March and had been due to stay with the League Two leaders for ther remainder of the season.
