The young Blues midfielder, who was signed from Arsenal a fortnight ago, has been included in England coach Dick Bate's 18-man squad to face the Dutch at VVOG Harderwijk next Tuesday, 17th February.
Defender Matt Sadler was not included as he is currently sidelined with an injury.
