Palace had confirmed the signing of the Senegal international midfielder on a seasons long loan deal on Wednesday night but it appears now that Pompey have had an estimated £300,000 bid accepted for Cisse and he could well be moving to Fratton Park on a permanent deal instead.
If Cisse decide's on a move to Pompey his first Premiership game for his new club could well be against Blues as we travel to Fratton Park on the opening day of the season on August 14th.
