Latest Bid For Bart-Williams Rejected

Blues initially made a bid of around half a million pounds for the 15-goal midfielder a number of weeks ago, but this was turned down by Forest.
An improved offer of £1,000,000 was tabled on Tuesday by Blues, but apparently this has also fallen short of Platt's own valuation.
Platt said: “It’s true that Birmingham have tabled a bid of £1million for Chris but it doesn’t match our valuation.”
