Lazaridis Not For Sale

The Blues boss told Sky Sports News that Stan had been magnificent for Blues over the last two years and, despite his attempts in trying to lure Chelsea winger Jesper Gronkjaer to the club, he has no intention of selling the Australian international.

Lazaridis still has another year to run on his present contract at St Andrew's and media speculation over the past week had suggested he was being targetted by a number of clubs.

Meanwhile Bruce has said that he is prepared to let Aliou Cisse leave the club and confirmed that Bolton, and a couple of other clubs, have shown an interest in signing the Senegal international midfielder.

Cisse has fallen down the pecking order at St Andrews and it is believed that Blues would rather try and recoup some of the fee they paid for the midfielder two summers ago in favour of him going out to another club on-loan.
