The game has been called off because the new pitch at St Andrew's was deemed unsafe after heavy rain in Birmingham this week.
Blues had a new pitch laid this week and could now face a Football League charge of failing to fulfil a fixture.
No new date has yet been announced for the Leeds fixture.
