"From what I've seen and experienced, the gaffer knows what he wants and the players play for him," Hunt told the Daily Mail.
"I'm sure we'll be promoted."
The former England Under 21 international has fallen out of favour at Bolton and he is not ruling out turning his loan deal at St Andrews into a permanent move.
"I'm here for a month and I want to play as many games as I can this season so we'll have to see what the club says."
