The Dutch international full-back, who has missed Blues' last two league games at Crystal Palace and West Brom with the ankle injury he sustained in the home win against Liverpool on 12th February, has returned to full training this week and is almost certain to return to the squad for the game against the Villa on Sunday lunchtime.
