McFadden Looking For Improvement

Blues have managed to gain just one point from their last three games and have gone six points ladrift of leaders Wolves in the Championship table and are now only a single point in front of third placed, and in-form, Reading.

"We need a spell where we need to start finding results," McFadden, who netted Blues goal in the 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest on Saturday, told the Birmingham Mail.

"We were going to get a patch like this.

"We have won games recently where we've been fortunate to win them. It's how we come back from it.

"We've had three bad games and we need to make sure we don't have any more. We need to go on a run of winning games and being hard to beat.

"We need to stick together and we need to work hard as a team.

"It's not about pointing fingers at people, it's about taking it on the chin."
