Millers Reveal Hughes Loan Snub

The Millers boss, who targeted Hughsie for a loan move earlier this season, claims that his club were 'close' to taking Hughes to Millmoor only for injury to another Blues player to thwart any possible deal.

"About ten days ago we were close to getting Birmingham's Bryan Hughes on loan but they had an injury to another player so the deal was off," Moore told the official Rotherham website in his after match comments on the Millers game at Bradford on Saturday.
