The Blues midfielder was shown a straight red card by referee Gavin Ward for a two-footed lunge on Rovers' midfieder James Coppinger 24 minutes into the 1-0 home win at St Andrew's on Saturday.
Nafti will therefore now have to serve an automatic three game ban for his actions.
