The Blues midfielder was forced to be substituted 37 minutes into the 2-1 win at St Mary's on Saturday and scans have revealed that he has a torn hamstring.
Blues boss Alex McLeish has confirmed that although the injury is not too serious that Nafti will be sidelined for at least two weeks.
