No Regrets For Robbie

Robbie's mid-week surge was instrumental in him claiming top spot as he correctly predicted the exact result of three out of four successive games, and wins him a copy of Codemasters' "LMA Manager 2004".

He was hanging on for dear life as the France-Greece game was taking place, but after waiting what seemed like an 'Eternity' for it to finish, he was able to give a defiant 'Take That' to his fellow competitors.

When we contacted him to let him know he'd won, he didn't say "'It's De-Lovely' feeling to have won - 'I've Been Expecting You'", though he might have done.

Mickleover in Derbyshire is where runner-up Nikolas Medgyesy comes from, and his 95 points were enough to ensure a Footymad DVD bundle will be on it's way to him.

There may be only three games of the competition to go, but with a potential 75 points up for grabs there are still around 300 players able to grab one of the prizes for the third week of the competition, and in excess of 50 with a realistic chance of claiming the title of "Beat The Manager Euro 2004 Champion" and walking off with the fabulous Xbox and games.
