The Slovakian striker spent a week on trial with Blues last week and reports were that talks about a possible January transfer from MFK Kosice to St Andrews were murmured.
"Birmingham City are a top club of high quality," Novak has said.
"After one of the matches I had an interview with manager Alex McLeish. The coach asked me how I liked England, if I was glad to be at Birmingham and complimented me in the end.
"I would not at all be against a move to Birmingham. It is a dream for every footballer to play in the English Premier League.
"I would be extremely happy if it became a reality."
