Eagles boss Neil Warnock had been understood to have been keen on taking McSheffrey, who has been made available for transfer by Blues, to Selhurst Park but he insists Palace would be able to meet the players transfer fee and wage demands
"I want someone who can play up front who will come on low wages, cost nothing and score 20 goals," Warnock has said.
