Sky Sports have already announced plans to show three of Blues early season fixtures against Fulham (h), Bolton (a) and Charlton (h) live on TV.

This week, games to be shown live on the Sky Premiership Plus channel will be announced and it will be interesting to see if the local derby against Aston Villa in October is part of their early season schedule.

West Midlands police have requested that the fixture at St. Andrews and the return fixture at Villa Park be played on a Sunday and kick-off at 12pm.
