Programme gets makeover

It's our first game back in the top flight for 16 years of course, the last ironically being at home to Arsenal on 3rd May 1986.

To celebrate, the programme goes glossy and contains 60 pages of news, views and reviews of the Blues past and present. The price of the programme is £2.50 and will be available from a variety of sellers outside the ground, as well as in the club superstore.

There's an interesting piece on the career of PFA chief executive, Gordon Taylor, who played for both the Blues and tomorrow's opponents Blackburn Rovers, as well as details of a previous encounter between the Blues and Rovers which ended up five goals apiece!

Of course, we'd settle for five tomorrow, but only in the one net thank you very much.
