The in-form French left-back was forced to sit out last weekend's away draw at Nottingham Forest with a stomach bug but he has trained this week and is set for an immediate return to the starting XI for the game against Alan Pardew's side at St Andrews on Saturday afternoon.
Liam Ridgewell, who played at left-back for the Forest game, has been laid low with a head cold this week but he should have recovered in time for the Charlton match with a switch back to his accustomed centre-back role expected.
