Quincy Hoping For Permanent Move

The former Arsenal winger is currently on loan at St Andrews from Sparak Moscow until January when Blues have the option of extending the deal until the end of the season.

Quincy has failed to command a regular place in the Blues startng line-up during the first half of the season but his recent performance's against Watford and Plymouth have surely caught the eye of manager Alex McLeish.

"Obviously Im on a loan deal here so Im always trying to prove myself and show that I can get a permanent deal or at least an extension to the loan, thats the most important thing for me at the moment, Quincy told the Birmingham Mail.

"Im trying to play good games and hopefully we can do something from there. It was good playing 90 minutes against Watford after a long time.

"I like to get the ball at my feet, run at defenders and then try to get a cross in, sometimes I look for the goal.

"If I get the chance to shoot at the target and it goes in then thats nice but the three points are more important for me.

"Theres a spirit in this team and I think we showed that against Watford."
