A Blues first team will play against a team made up of tv and music celebrities who will be managed by fomer Blues boss Barry Fry and Capital Gold presenter Tom Ross.
All monies raised from the game, which will take place at St Andrew's on Tuesday, 10th May, will go towards helping redundant Rover workers and their families.
Tickets for the game are priced at £10 adults and £5 concessions and will go on sale later this week.
