Rovers winger linked with Blues

The Northern Ireland international, a former team mate of the Blues boss during his time as a player with Manchester United, has not been offered a new deal when his current contract at Ewood Park finishes in the summer.

Gillespie has been linked with several clubs including Middlesbrough, Bolton and Rangers since news of his availability became evident.
