Savs Euro 2004 Hopes Are Over

The Court of Arbitration for Sport have upheld UEFA's decision not to overturn the result of Wales' play-off match against Russia last November after which midfielder Igor Titov tested positive for a banned substance.

"It's disappointing and frustrating because cheats have prospered," Wales boss Mark Hughes told BBC Sport.

"We had a good case. The verdict devalues the European Championship."
