Seb's Agent Has Dig At Gold

Gold was quoted as saying that the Swedish international winger would only leave the club 'over my dead body', remarks which have upset Larsson's agent Per Jonsson.

"It's not funny to hear when he (Gold) says things like that," Jonsson has told Sportbladet.

"Are we Swedes being punished because we are kind and don't nag to leave?

"Do you need to become enemies with everyone at the club to be allowed to leave?

"He has said things like this before and still sold players anyway.

"Maybe Birmingham will get an offer they can't refuse. I hope it will be solved."

Newcastle are said to have enquired into Larsson's availability this summer whilst new Blackburn boss Paul Ince is also rumoured to be interested in the Blues' 2007-08 Player of the Season.
