Steve Bruce has arranged a game with Peter Reid's side which will take place towards the end of next week with David Dunn, Jamie Clapham, Darren Anderton and possibly Stan Lazaridis all figuring in the Blues side.
On The Comeback Trail?
Dunn has yet to make a first team start this season after aggravating his troublesome hamstring injury during the pre-season friendly against Sheffield Wednesday in July, Clapham has undergone knee surgery after sustaining an injury in the Reserves fixture aganst Nottingham Forest last month whilst Lazaridis has been sidelined with a thigh strian since the home game against Manchester City.
Anderton needs games to regain full match fitness having played just a game-and-a-half for the reserves since his signing at the beginning of August.
