Slovakian striker on trial

The 20-year-old forward, who plays for Slovan Bratislava, is on trial at St Andrews with a view to a possible £2million move.

Vittek is an international team-mate of Middlesbrough striker Szilard Nemeth, and was in the Slovakia side that lost 2-1 at home to England in a European Championships qualifier in October.
