Manager Steve Bruce has confirmed that the free transfer signing from Celtic will make his Blues bow at The Valley.
Elsewhere, Jamie Clapham will not have recovered from a knee injury in time for the game against the Addicks but Bruce will have the likes of David Dunn, Muzzy Izzet and Mikael Forssell all available again for the trip to South London.
