Taylor Available Again

The Blues keeper has now served his one game suspension for his controversial sending-off by referee Mike Oliver for what was deemed a professional foul on Plymouth Argyle striker Jamie Mackie 23 minutes into the 1-1 draw between the two side's at St Andrews on Easter Monday.

Manager Alex McLeish now has to decide whether or not to recall the Northern Ireland international keeper or stick with Colin Doyle, who deputised for Taylor in the 1-0 away win at Watford last weekend, for the live television game against Preston at St Andrews on Saturday evening which could see Blues promoted back to the Premier League at the first attempt.

Lee Carsley will also be available again having now served his three game suspensiond for his sending-off in the home win against Wolves last month.
