Taylor Gets Northern Ireland Call-Up

Maik Taylor has been named in the Northern Ireland squad for the upcoming international friendly against Montenegro.

The Blues keeper has been named in manager Nigel Worthington's 22-man squad for the match at the City Stadium in Podgorica on Wednesday, 11th August.

Should Taylor play in the friendly then he will be making his 84th appearance for his country.

Full Northern Ireland Squad:

Goalkeepers: Maik Taylor (Birmingham City), Jonathan Tuffrey (Inverness Caledonian Thistle), Trevor Carson (Sunderland).

Defenders: Jonny Evans (Man United), Stephen Craigan (Motherwell), Ryan McGivern (Man City), Gareth McAuley (Ipswich Town), Aaron Hughes (Fulham), Andrew Little (Rangers).
 
 
Midfielders: Chris Baird (Fulham), Grant McCann (Peterborough United), Chris Brunt (West Bromwich Albion), Jonny Gorman (Wolves), Corry Evans (Man United), Oliver Norwood (Man United), Steven Davis (Rangers), Sammy Clingan (Coventry City).
 
 
Forwards: David Healy (Sunderland), Warren Feeney (Oldham Athletic), Kyle Lafferty (Rangers), Martin Paterson (Burnley), Rory Patterson (Plymouth Argyle).
