Three Taylor's at Blues?

Media reports are suggesting that Blues have already held talks with Wigan about loaning the 24-year-old right-back and are hopeful of completing a deal this week.

Taylor has struggled to hold down a regular first team place at Wigan this season and has made just one substitute's appearance for Steve Bruce's side.

Blues boss Alex McLeish is desperate to sign a right back as Stuart Parnaby will be sidelined for anything up to a month with a hamstring injury whilst Stephen Kelly is still struggling with the torn thigh muscle that has kept him sidelined since the end of September.

McLeish, therefore, has only 19-year-old rookie Jared Wilson, who made his first team debut as replacement for Parnaby 12 minutes into the 1-0 defeat against QPR in midweek, available as cover at right-back.
