The 20-year-old striker, who made his first team debut when Blues met Scunthorpe in the 2nd Round of the Carling Cup last month, has moved to Glanford Park on an initial one month loan deal.
Till is likely to make his Scunthorpe bow in their game against Tranmere Rovers on Friday night where he could come up against another Blues loanee in Alex Bruce who is currently on loan with Brian Little's side.
