Last updated : 01 January 2004 By Brian Cartlidge

The Blues left-back signed the papers on an initial one month deal (in front of the Sky tv camera's) at Peterborough's training ground on THURSDAY morning and could make his debut in Posh's FA Cup tie against Coventry this weekend.

Williams has played in just four games for Blues since joining the club from Barry Fry's side in March 2002 and spent the whole of last season and the early part of this season on loan at second division QPR.

He has recently returned to action by playing a couple of games for Keith Bertchins reserves side.
