The Blues striker, who is celebrating his 22nd Birthday today, was dismissed 69 minutes into the Group One, UEFA European Under-21 Championship match in Mlada Boleslav, for dissent.

The Czech Republic U21's, who were leading 2-0 prior to Kuqi's dismissal, went on to win the game 3-0.
