Andy D'Urso Refs Preston Game

Last updated : 01 May 2007 By Brian Cartlidge
Blues have already had the pleasure of the Essex-based official refereeing two of their games this season whilst Mr D'Urso has not taken charge of any Preston fixtures as of yet.

The last time Mr D'Urso refereed a Blues game was in our 1-0 away defeat against Ipswich Town on New Years Day. Mat Sadler was the only Blues player booked at Portman Road on that occasion.

Andy D'Urso had also refereed our 1-0 away win against Coventry City on 31st October 2006. Stephen Clemence, Stephen Kelly and Gary McSheffrey all picked up a yellow card at The Ricoh Arena on that occasion.

In total Andy D'Urso has taken charge of 41 games so far this season in which he has handed out 90 yellow cards and 4 reds.

C Bassindale and P Varley will be Andy D'Urso's assistants for the game at Deepdale on Sunday lunchtime.
