Last updated : 12 August 2008 By Brian Cartlidge

The last time the Essex-based official took charge of a Blues fixture was way back in May 2007 when he was the man in the middle for a our 1-0 Championship away defeat against Preston North End. Cameron Jerome and Martin Taylor were both booked at Deepdale on that occasion.

In total Andy D'Urso took charge of 43 games last season in which he handed out 100 yellow cards and 5 reds. He has taken charge of one Championship game this season in which 2 yellow cards were shown.

P. Barnes and G. Russell will be Andy D'Urso's assistants for the live television game at Adams Park on Wednesday night.
