The Merseyside official has not taken charge of a league fixture for either club so far this season.
Chris Foy did however take charge of two of Blues' league fixtures last season the last being in the 1-1 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on 9th April. Kenny Cunningham and Medhi Nafti were both booked on that day.
The last Arsenal game that Chris Foy refereed in was for their 3-0 home win over Portsmouth on 5th March this year. No Gunners players were booked on that occasion.
In total Chris Foy has taken charge of just two Premier League games so far this season in which he has handed out 6 yellow cards and no reds.
