Chris Foy Refs Chelsea Game

Blues have already had the pleasure of the Merseyside-based official refereeing one of their league games so far this season whilst Foy has also taken charge of one Chelsea game too this season.

The last time Chris Foy refereed a Blues game was in the 3-1 away defeat to Charlton Athletic back on 15th January. Matthew Upson and Damien Johnson both picking up a yellow card at The Valley on that day.

The last Chelsea game that Mr Foy took charge of was in their 2-0 win against Crystal Palace back in August. Celestine Babayaro the only Chelsea player booked on that occasion.

In total Chris Foy has been the man in the middle in just 13 Premier League games so far this season in which he has handed out 25 yellow cards and no reds.

Mr R. Lewis and Mr B. Baker will be Chris Foy's assistants for the game at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
