Blues have already had the pleasure of the Merseyside-based official refereeing two of their games so far this season.
The last time Chris Foy took charge of a Blues game was in our Carling Cup quarter final home tie against Aston Villa on 1st December. Stephen Carr and Scott Dann were both booked for Blues during our 2-1 win at St Andrews on that occasion.
In total, Chris Foy has taken charge of 21 games so far this season in which he has handed out 46 yellow cards but no reds.
Andy Garratt and Darren Cann will be Chris Foy's assistant's for the game at Upton Park on Sunday lunchtime.
