Blues have never had the pleasure of the Hampshire-based, National Group official taking charge of any of their games in the past whilst Mr Stroud is yet to referee a Torquay game during this campaign.
In total Keith Stroud has taken charge of 22 League and Cup games so far this season in which he has handed out a massive 94 yellow cards and 4 reds.
Mr J Linington and Mr K Pike will be Keith Strouds assistants for the game at Plainmoor on Saturday afternoon.
