Blues have already had the pleasure of the Leicestershire-based official refereeing one of their games so far this season as Kevin Friend was the man in the middle for our Premier League away match against Burnley on 3rd October. Stephen Carr, Scott Dann and Barry Ferguson were all booked in our 2-1 defeat at Turf Moor on that occasion.
