Blues are yet to have the pleasure of the Lancashire-based official refereeing any of their games this season.

The last time Lee Mason took charge of a Blues fixture was in our Premier League home game against West Ham United on 12th December 2009. Barry Ferguson, Roger Johnson and Liam Ridgewell were all booked for Blues in our 1-0 win at St Andrews on that occasion.

In total, Lee Mason has taken charge of of 13 games so far this season in which he has handed out 54 yellow cards and 5 reds.

Simon Beck and Andy Halliday will be Lee Mason's assistants for the game at St Andrews on Tuesday, 28th December which is being shown live on Sky Sports (kick-off 8pm).
