Blues have already had the pleasure of the Lancashire-based official refereeing one of their games this season as Lee Mason took charge of our Premier League home fixture against Manchester United on 28th December. Scott Dann, Lee Bowyer and Craig Gardner were all booked for Blues in the 1-1 draw at St Andrews on that occasion.
In total, Lee Mason has taken charge of 21 games so far this season in which he has handed out 91 yellow cards and 5 reds.
Paul Thompson and Andy Madley will be Lee Mason's assistants for the game at St Andrews on Tuesday evening.
