Lee Mason Refs Sheffield Utd Match

Last updated : 25 February 2009 By Brian Cartlidge
Blues are yet to have the pleasure of the Lancashire-based official refereeing any of their games this season.

The last time Lee Mason took charge of a Blues game was in our 0-0 away draw against Liverpool in a Premier League match on 22nd September 2007. Gary McSheffrey and Liam Ridgewell were both booked at Anfield on that occasion.

In total Lee Mason has taken charge of 24 games this season in which he has handed out 79 yellow cards and 7 reds.

M. McDonough and J.D Stokes will be Lee Mason's assistant's for the live television game at Bramall Lane on Sunday lunchtime.
