Paul Taylor Refs Owls Match

Last updated : 26 October 2008 By Brian Cartlidge

Blues are yet to have the pleasure of the Hertfordshire-based official refereeing any of their games so far this season.

The last time Paul Taylor took charge of a Blues game was ironically in our Football League Championship match against Sheffield Wednesday back on 28th April 2007. Fabrice Muamba, now with Bolton, was sent off whilst Radhi Jaidi and the now departed Stephen Clemence were booked in our 2-0 win at St Andrews on that occasion.

In total Paul Taylor has refereed in 6 games so far this season and has handed out a massive 22 yellow cards but just the one red.

RL Lewis and S. Burt will be Paul Taylor's assistants for the match at St Andrews on Saturday afternoon.
