Blues have already had the pleasure of the Staffordshire-based official refereeing one of their games this season as Phil Dowd the man-in-the-middle for our away game against Hull City on 19th September. Stephen Carr and Garry O'Connor were both booked in our 1-0 win at The KC Stadium on that occasion.
