Blues have already had the pleasure of the Staffordshire-based official refereeing one of their games so far this season as Phil Dowd was the man in the middle for our Premier League home game against Everton on 2nd October 2010. No Blues players were booked in our 2-0 defeat at St Andrews on that occasion.
